Adam joined SMS in 1999, and was appointed as the National Practice Director, Operational Learning & Change in January 2010. He is responsible for managing the practice nationally to deliver learning and change solutions in support of major system and organizational change initiatives, across all sectors.
Adam Threlfall has over 24 years of experience in Federal Government, with a background in strategic reviews and major programs and projects. He has worked on a number of key client projects including strategic IT reviews and major programs. He recently managed a portfolio of accounts across Federal Government, working across the education, employment and social services sector delivering training solution, strategic reviews, and program and project management solutions.
Adam is a certified P3M3 PPM registered consultant and is also qualified as an advanced practitioner in MSP. He also holds a Masters in Business and Technology from UNSW.
