Dean is the Regional Director, Victoria for SMS. He is accountable for the continual improvement of the SMS implementation capability and approach. He is also responsible for SMS’s talented and experienced team of project, program, portfolio and PMO consultants. Dean has 20 years of delivery experience and 10 years of consulting experience across industries that include Financial Services, Telecommunications and Defence. Dean continue to provide leadership for our Financial Services sector activities.
Prior to joining SMS, Dean was a founding Director of Implementation Partners International (IPI), where he successfully delivered a number of large scale engagements, including the establishment of the Australian Program Office for a major bank, and leadership of a global program to build organisational project governance and capability for a major financial services institution.
Dean has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Communications Engineering from Victoria University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University.
