Fergus joined SMS Management & Technology (SMS) in October 2010 as a result of the acquisition of Renewtek. He runs the Business Process Management practice and has responsibility for sales, delivery and financial performance of the practice.
Prior to joining SMS, Fergus was the CEO of Renewtek, which he developed into the leading provider of BPM solutions in the Australian market. He has extensive experience in financial services, including banking, insurance and wealth management, as well as telecommunications and healthcare. He has worked in corporate IT, software development and consulting over the past 28 years throughout the globe.
Fergus holds a B.Sc. from Trinty College Dublin and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
