Our change management approach provides an overarching structure to any strategic or end-user focused program, and is based on both the outcome focused ADKAR® * model for organisational change and on organisational performance metrics. The SMS approach ensures both an alignment with organisational strategy, and with the stakeholder and end-user audiences integral to the successful realisation of the strategy.

Our training approach is a systems approach to training which encompasses a whole of lifecycle view of the implemented solution. Training design is for both the transition and business as usual states. All solutions include programs for knowledge and skills transfer to an organisation’s custodians.
