Openspan Inc. signs International Reseller Agreement with Renewtek

ATLANTA, GA and MELBOURNE, Australia; July 31, 2006

OpenSpan Inc. and Renewtek today announced a partnership enabling Renewtek to distribute OpenSpan's desktop integration technology in Australia.

Renewtek is a technical consulting firm that specializes in helping companies develop quality innovative architectures and solutions on various platforms. Their focus is in the provision of hard-core technical skills for design and development of systems using new technology to either replace or renew (hence the name) existing applications. One of Renewtek's specialties is in the design and delivery of SOA based solutions, so the value of the OpenSpan's desktop integration approach was immediately apparent, especially for call centers and business processing centers.

At the FileNet UserNet conference in Sydney on April 28th, 2006, Renewtek's position as an innovator in FileNet P8 was recognized by the FileNet Corporation by awarding us with an Innovation Award for our complimentary products around the FileNet P8 suite. James Rae, Managing Director of FileNet Australia said that "It is great to have partners, like Renewtek, that fully understand our products and can build innovative solutions around the technology".
